This book is described as a life-changing best seller (I know, there's a lot of these).

But, after reading this book and doing the audio many years ago I have to agree.

At the time I was super busy and didn't have time for this 'mindfulness' stuff.  It all seemed too hard, and time-consuming.  That's where this book comes in.

If you're a logical thinker, who likes practical advice and quick easy ways to start a manageable practice then I highly recommend this book.  It's not too woo woo and it is for busy folk who just want to access a little more peace in life.

It's practical, science-based and easy to follow.
